Dr Jeff Chan Consulting offers valuable contemporary advice, practice insight and independent reviews to various stakeholders, including senior government (including at Secretary, CEO and Minister-level) and not-for-profit executives, boards, and agencies, on organisational strategy, legislation, policy and capability development, quality improvement, service delivery design, program evaluation and safeguarding of at-risk individuals.

Dr Jeff Chan offers independent reviews on sensitive matters relating to complaints, serious reportable incidents or organisational systems, and clinical or practice reviews of individuals with complex service and support needs with the interface of justice, health, social service and education. Some of the work Jeff has done include disability abuse prevention, disability death reviews and service system evaluation.

In addition, Dr Jeff Chan Consulting also offers professional development to individuals and organisations on practice leadership, professional supervision, clinical reviews and research development. Jeff is passionate about building the next generation of thought leaders in Positive Behaviour Support.

Jeff was an Australian Human Rights Finalist (Community Individual Category) in 2010. He has worked overseas, including training on disability rights at the ASEAN level. He continues to conduct applied research as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Queensland.
